At Luvro, we accept returns only in the following cases:
Product damaged during delivery
Manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered
Return Request Conditions
Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse
Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
Refund Process
After inspection, refund initiated within 5–7 business days
Refund to original payment method or store credit
COD orders may receive refund via bank transfer.
